    Nice guide Gabor! I really enjoyed the examples, it was a breath of a fresh of air to see something else there rather than just run-of-the-mill blog post. Especially since there is a lot of a great content out there, the Capterra page of Ultipro was nice to see, because if you think about it, people in the decision stage look for reviews of the different products they consider. Keep up the good work!

    Liked this one! That Hootsuite video is hilarious! 😀 On a more serious note, I think you really hit the nail on the head with the desired outcome term. It’s very important for SaaS companies to reduce churn. Great job!
